[PHP][轉] XML to Array－碎碎念

2020-10-27: 想不到多年後又要與XML為伍，找來找去還是這個function最好用!! 手動至頂^^~

這個版本最好! 可以把相同tag名稱自動轉成陣列元素, 才不會後面的把前面的蓋過去!!
